Just ask Marge.

Marge runs your practice: booking, charting, checkout and everything in between. Ask her anything in your own words, and she answers from your own records.

Every great practice has a Marge.

Marge's Ask Marge panel. A provider types "Good morning, Marge." and Marge answers: "Good morning. Rosa is out today. You have 8 patients, starting at 8:00 am with Maya Rivera. Robin Hayes canceled today’s 3:00 pm. You have 2 charts to finish and 3 meds to approve." Under the answer are links to the sources: Today, the schedule and the refills waiting for approval.

Pick who you are to see what they ask. On your computer or your phone.

See her at work

Marge is the whole system, not only the chat, and she’s at work before anyone asks: from who’s due back to the month’s numbers.

  1. Who’s due backMarge works out who’s due back and why, from what each patient actually had, with the text drafted and Book one tap away for the front desk.
  2. The AI scribeWith the patient’s OK, Marge records the visit and drafts the SOAP note while you move on to the next patient.
  3. Plans and membershipsPlans open on the patient’s goal and the one thing to book next, and every membership shows where it stands if the member cancels today.
  4. The numbersAn owner asks how a program is doing, and Marge works out what it kept, women’s visits against men’s, and the one cost worth negotiating.

I worked out who’s due and why, and drafted the text to send them.

Marge’s Due to come back list with June Park’s panel open beside it: why they’re due, a reminder text Marge drafted for them, buttons to log a call or set them aside, and Book.

Real screens from Marge, at a practice we made up.

From the schedule to the order, before anyone asks.

Marge reads what's booked and works out what has to happen next: what to approve, what to order and by when.

Refills in order.

Three are waiting on Dr. Patel: Sermorelin, testosterone and a GLP-1, each showing how it gets to the patient.

Sam Ortiz needs the Sermorelin in five days, and the pharmacy usually takes five days to ship. So Marge says to order it now.

The Refills page in Marge on the "To approve" tab (3): Sam Ortiz, Sermorelin 9 mg, shipping home, needed by a date, with a note to order now; Chris Walker, testosterone cypionate 200 mg/mL, pharmacy pickup; Priya Shah, GLP-1 2.5 mg/mL, office pickup. Each is waiting on Dr. Nina Patel.

You order before you run out.

Thirteen visits booked in the next 30 days should use about 504 units of Botox. You have 350.

Northline Supply takes four days and the vials are needed in nine days, so Marge says to order three within five days. Add them to the draft now, or leave it and Marge drafts it as the date gets close.

Marge’s forecast for Botox: Order 3 vials by a date five days away, as delivery takes 4 days. A bar shows 350 units on hand and 205 units short of the 555 needed. Tiles: 504 units for 13 visits in the next 30 days, 555 with a 10% cushion, 350 on hand. A button adds 3 vials to the supplier’s draft, and one line says how Marge worked it out: 12 visits at the typical 40 units and 1 planned at 24 units, plus a 10% cushion.

It was built for someone else. Marge was built for you.

Too complicated to use

Anyone can use it on day one.

Ask in your own words. There are no menus to memorize.

Built for insurance

Built for cash pay.

Memberships, credits, treatment plans and treatments bought ahead, not claims and billing codes.

Built for big practices

Built for yours, where the owner also injects.

Where everyone wears more than one hat. We set it up with you, so nobody loses a month to it.

Built before AI

AI inside, from the start.

Answers from your own records, with their sources. Marge gets things ready; a person says yes.

Is our patient data safe?

Yes, and you can see it. Every chart opened and every question asked of Marge, by whom, when and from where, is in the Access report. Encrypted, backed up, two-step login, and a signed HIPAA agreement.

How Marge keeps it safe
The Charts opened tab of Marge’s Access report: rows of staff (Dr. Nina Patel, Taylor Reed, Alex Romero, Kim Nguyen, Lena Brooks) each opening a patient’s chart, with the time, the patient, the location and the device. The tabs above count everything, logins and questions asked of Marge.

Can we leave?

Any time. Monthly plans, no two- or three-year contracts, and your records in FHIR, the healthcare data standard, yours to take.

Your data, your choice

Does it replace what we use now?

Booking, charting, checkout, memberships and credits, inventory and refills, in one system. What's charted is what's billed, and nothing is typed twice.

Everything Marge does

Will my team actually use it?

If they can send a text, they can use Marge. They ask in their own words, and we set everything up with you before your first day.

Try it yourself

Switching is the part everyone dreads. We do it with you.

Send us what you have: exports, price lists, your menu. We do the heavy lifting; you check your services, prices and team along the way. Nothing reaches your patients until you say go.
