This page explains what marge.health collects from you and what we do with it. It’s short because we collect very little.
Please don’t send patient information through the forms on this website.
Who we are
marge.health is run by Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness in Georgetown, Texas, which operates Marge. On this page, “we” means that company. You can reach us at info@marge.health.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site, plus the little a web server needs to answer you.
- Book a demo: your name, your practice’s name, your email and your number of locations. If you choose to add them, your phone number and a note.
- Founding Clinics: your name, role, practice’s name, city and state, email, number of providers and the software you use today. If you choose to add them, your phone number, what you offer, and what your current software gets wrong.
When you send a form, our web host passes along your internet address. We use it only to limit how many forms one place can send in an hour. We turn it into a scrambled code and keep that code in a counter that deletes itself within two hours. Your address is never saved with what you send.
We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
What we use it for
To answer you and set up a demo or a call, to run the Founding Clinics list (including telling you when the next round opens), and to improve this website and what we build. We only contact you about what you asked for.
Who sees it
Our team reads what you send. It reaches us by email, through Amazon Web Services’ email service to our team’s inbox in Google Workspace, and it’s also kept in a database on Amazon Web Services in the United States. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
What you send stays in our database for as long as we need it. Our server records say which form was used and whether it worked, never what anyone wrote, and are kept for three months.
Your choices
Questions about what we have from you? Email info@marge.health. If your state gives you rights over your information, we honor them.
Security
This website is served only over HTTPS. What you send is encrypted in transit and at rest in our database, and only our team can open it.
Children
This website is for people who run or work in practices. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
This website and Marge are separate
Patient information belongs in Marge, the product, never in these forms. Inside Marge, patient information is covered by a Business Associate Agreement. See the Business Associate Agreement page.
Changes
If we change this page, the date below changes with it.
