Terms
These are the terms for using the marge.health website. They’re short and in plain words. By using the site, you agree to them.
About this website
marge.health is run by Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness in Georgetown, Texas, which operates Marge. “We” and “us” mean that company. The site gives information about Marge and lets you ask for a demo or join the Founding Clinics list. Questions: info@marge.health.
Marge the product is separate
This website is not Marge. A practice uses Marge under its own agreement with us, including a Business Associate Agreement (see the Business Associate Agreement page). If these terms and that agreement ever differ, the agreement wins for the product.
Using the site
Use the site for lawful purposes and don’t interfere with it. Don’t try to get into parts of it that aren’t meant for you, and don’t overload it. Please don’t send patient information through the forms. The Privacy page says what we collect and why.
Information, not advice
What this site says about Marge is general information. It isn’t medical, legal or compliance advice, and it isn’t a promise of any result. Features described as coming aren’t available yet.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it is always correct, complete or running.
Our content
The Marge name, the sticky-note logo and everything we wrote or made for this site belong to Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. You’re welcome to link to us. Please don’t copy the site or present our content as your own without asking.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to sites we don’t run. We’re not responsible for what’s on them or how they handle your information.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them is for the courts of Texas.
